These Terms of Use govern your use of our mobile applications (the “Apps”):

- “MobiCalc PRO” — Google Play (package ID: my.android.procalc)
The display names shown in app stores may vary. These terms apply regardless of the name under which the Apps are published, including versions downloaded directly from mobicalc.com. By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
MobiCalc offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. MobiCalc PRO is available as a one-time purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. We do not process or store payment information. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.
3. Direct Download (APK)
A legacy version of MobiCalc is available for direct download from our website as an APK file for Android devices. It is provided as is, without warranties. We are not responsible for any issues arising from its installation or use.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the apps
- Distribute pirated versions
- Use the apps for any unlawful purpose
5. Disclaimer
The apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the apps, to the extent permitted by law.
The apps are not intended for use in critical situations, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or safety-related decisions. Results should be independently verified before use in any important situation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the apps.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the apps, including content, design, and code, belong to the developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
